The Process
Before you book a session, let’s chat. A phone call is a great way to get to know each other, see if we’re a good fit and answer any questions you may have. Be sure to browse around this website.
Pre-consultation: This is one of the fun parts of the process. During the consultation we will discuss your goals and review the products I offer so you can start to think about decorating with your photos. Also, we will talk about location options for your session, props that you may have and would like to use.
For a High School Senior that is in sports or rodeo, we can talk about creative ideas to include in your session. I will give some tips for choosing outfits. I want to help you any way I can to plan a session that is right for you and answer any questions you may have.
I know that it is import to you, to look and feel good, come the day of your session. I’m a Rodan and Fields consultant (skincare products). Now would be a perfect time to chat about your skin concerns and start on a regimen to help you prepare and look your best for your session.
Start thinking about your style and what you’re looking for in your session. Feel free to check out Pinterest for inspiration. Create a board with your ideas so that we can collaborate together.
At the end of the consultation, we will schedule a day for your session. From the day of the consultation to the day of your session, we will keep in touch to share any additional ideas.
The shoot: The day is finally here! Have fun and relax, you’ll naturally take better photos! My goal is for you to have a memorable experience.
Post Processing: I will color correct your images, crop, and do a bit of retouching.
The preview: We’ll schedule a time post-shoot for a photo preview session to go through your photos and talk about the ideas you have for displaying your images. If you are having trouble deciding on a size or group, please ask me about a neat software program that I use, that will help with those decisions.
Final delivery: Turnaround time for products is based on the specific product you order, but usually arrives within a couple of weeks. Once your final prints and products are shipped they will be available for pick up at the studio.
